This small group session is aimed at all abilities of runners to improve your core strength fitness and running efficiency and help to prevent injuries along with tips on nutrition for running.

The sessions will progress each week through developing your core and strength with functional movements for running and will develop into use weights and pylometrics and  speed agility training

Mondays 18:00-18:45pm

Saturdays 11:30-12:15sm

To provide you with the feel of personal training sessions are limited to 8 people Cost £8 for a drop in session £28 for 4 weeks pre paid payment
