Darcy Fitness offers something for everyone and caters for all levels of ability. There are a large range of services and prices start from just £35 per hour. A sample of the more popular services are listed below:

  • FREE Initial Consultation
    A free initial consultation is available for up to an hour, to discuss you goals, current fitness level, and come up with some possible plans to help you achieve them. There is no hard sell with this, just a no obligation chat where I can build up a picture of you would like to achieve and you have a chance to find out more about how I can help you.

  • Train Anywhere You Want To
    We can come to your home, train outdoors or meet me at the gym (I’m currently based at Lifestyle Fitness Leicester but can speak to a gym you train at to see if something can be arranged). Wherever you will get the best results (or is most convenient), that’s where I’ll be to help drive you to new heights.

  • Payment Options to Suit All
    We offer a complete range of payment options. Pay-as-you-go is avaiablefor those wanting smaller chunks to pay and not want to necessarily commit to 7,000(!!) prepaid sessions. However some people like to prebook a number of sessions to receive a discount. Some people also find it helps keep them motivated to see things through in the early stages of a new fitness regime if they’ve already paid for the sessions.

  • Weight-Loss, Muscle-Building and Overall Health Options
    These are popular options for people who want to get in better visual shape and be a bit fitter , but who might not be looking to climb mount Everest or partake in the London Marathon. There’s often a mixture of wanting to look good and be a bit healthier in their goals.

  • Nutrition Sessions
    Many advocates state 80% of who you are physically is what you eat and that the exercise counts for the rest. In just one session we can normally identify modifications to your diet to help achieve your goals, and multiply the results of your hard training.

  • Bespoke Nutrition Plans
    These will include a Nutrition consultation, food diary anaylysis and a nutrition program which will include a breakdown of calories required, for a rest day and a training day, break down of the amount of protein, fats and carbohydrate required and a daily plan of meals to reach these targets.

  • Pre and Post-Natal Fitness
    Qualified in pre and post-natal fitness, we realise the benefits to both mum and baby in keeping mum fit and healthy. This will not only help you to keep and get back in shape, but provide you with a bit more energy for those sleepless nights!

  • Tone-a-Friend
    Tone a friend is our offering for those who would like to train in up to a group of four and who have similar goals. People have found this a great motivator and people have commented there is friendly competition and an extra sense of fun . It can also help to keep you on track when away from exercise if your friends are looking after themselves too, and not trying to ask you out for takeaways five nights a week.

  • My Goal
    My goal is a truly unique and personal package, just for YOU. Let’s say you have set the goal of running a 5km race but haven’t jogged in years. Darcy Fitness will assess your fitness level and design a bespoke training program to help you reach your goal as soon as is achievable. Because you are working towards something specific this can really help keep your motivational levels high and your body will be tuned for whatever your goal is.

  • Sport-Specific Training
    Whether you need better acceleration, more stamina, or overall strength gains – we can help. We’ll assess not only your overall fitness levels but your performance in various movements. We’ll discuss where you feel any weaknesses might be and design a program to overcome them, always keeping your particular sport in mind.

  • Bikini Body/Beach Buff
    Programs designed to help you get into the best shape possible before an upcoming holiday or special event. This is usually a twelve week program before your departure but we can alter timescales to your desires and budget. Please be aware there is not a lot you can do a week before you go away, but there’s a few little tricks!

  • In a Class of your Own
    If, for example, there’s a group of you in the village wanting a fitness program to take part in and you know there is some demand, You can hire me to train up to fifteen of you at very competitive rates. If you want to be the organiser of the event you will train for free.

    Trying to get back into exercise after an injury or illness? We can work within the limits of your injury or illness as part of a structured rehabilitation programme. Corporate Well Being

Darcy Fitness and the team now offer Corporate well being to help improve the health of employees, reduce sick days, improve work performance the programs have been carried out in businesses and have proved a great success. The program follows a consultation and a survey completed by your employees and then Darcy Fitness puts a program together unique to your requirements. Ranging from Group Personal Training, Walking and Running groups One to One Personal Training, Office based exercise, Nutrition and Lifestyle Seminars, Wellness weightloss Pilates, Desk based massage, other services available
